I agree...there are some big gaps in how request forms work intuitively that could significantly reduce the amount of fields that need to be maintained (and also keep reporting integrity intact)--and this is definitely one of them!   Upvoted!

I agree! It's very annoying that every time I want to log in as a user, I need to navigate to the "setup" screen. As an Admin, I'm logging in as users constantly -- it'd be amazing if I could pin the "log in as" option as a tab in the navigation area. 

Not having this is a HUGE miss in the integrity of what's being displayed in the Workload balancer.
