We do not have emails turned on when someone makes a comment on a document so the users have to "include" those they want notified of the comment. I run a report in the morning that shows all documents that have a comment on them, and then right click on the document to see if the user tagged anyone...

If you have them enter Issues through the Request menu option, you cannot enter Requests (Issues) if the project is in those statuses.

i think that what you are referring to is the indicator that the system is recalculating all the dates based on changes you've made to the dates. Is it a large project? I think if they refresh the screen, it may go away.

Go to Queue Setup, then Routing Rules and enter a rule where you assign it to whoever you want. Then go to the Queue Details tab and you'll see a drop-down option for "Default Route".
