currently you cannot copy,past and rename a FIELD from the field library in custom forms. Eg. if you have Asset 1 and multiple fields to complete about Asset 1, but then you need exactly the same fields for Asset 2 - you have to start from scratch and create fields again.

As when building custom forms you can call on an use fields from the field library. It would be good when building new templates or projects to be able to build using existing tasks from other templates or projects. This could either be facilitated by - when you start writing choices come up or us...

While layout templates are a great function, it would be good to be able to have further functionality so a certain layout template appears say on different days. example. if a designer opens WF they see the dashboard we have created with all info/ reports/calendars they want to/we want them to ...

currently our custom forms have required fields at briefing in stage, however once a project progresses other teams - design, production etc. have areas to complete - it would be good to enable a 'required filed' function that was connected to the task relating to it. It would be great to have a function whereby at a certain point you can freeze the data on a report. Currently the only work around is exporting a PDF
