Ability to customise Layout template in relation to reports

While layout templates are a great function, it would be good to be able to have further functionality so a certain layout template appears say on different days.

example.

if a designer opens WF they see the dashboard we have created with all info/ reports/calendars they want to/we want them to see. However if we want once a week to remind them of the tasjs that are over due, or flag projects due for handover that week - it would be good if the layout template function allowed you to bring that report to the top / highlight of your dashboard on certain days. rather than relying on the emailable report function
