If you want to display the status key, adjust the text mode on the status column as I mentioned. If you are trying to adjust the filter based on the status key, you simply need to add the ", CLS, ..."...

I've asked our managers to review their group's time sheets. We've written up instructions for them on how to go to timesheets>All Timesheets, and change t...

The rest you were asking about are controlled in the queue setup, "NEW ISSUE FIELDS" area. Note that you may also have to work with the "Show all selec...

  • Nicole - Great Topic! First, decide what you are trying to measure. As you develop metrics, be sure you are actually measuring what you think you are. And, be careful of unintended consequences. Measurement will drive behavior, but not necessarily the behavior you expect. Also - besides individual...

  • We have been looking into benefits realization in Workfront but have not fully embraced it yet, Laura. We've found Workfront DISMAL from a benefits tracking perspective. First, there is only one field for planned and one for actual benefit. And it is strictly financial. In many projects there are of...

  • I am trying to work out project priority decision chart. One thought is to map project value against risk, with the bubble representing project size (hours). Have all I need except that when I select RISK as an axis, the only option I get is SUM. That isn‚Äö√Ñ√¥t so useful, as all projects end up li...

  • You will probably also want to adjust the Project Sharing on the template. Template sharing provides users access to the template itself. Template Actions -> Project Sharing will control who has access to projects created using that template. There are other ways to control access as well. One wou...
