Since proofs of large/complex files can take awhile (like the one I've had processing for an hour or so), it would be helpful to have a progress bar to estimate how much longer it will take.

I'd love to be able to export to Excel. We want to make ordering business cards within our company easier and being able to convert a custom form to Excel would make it easier for us to pull the data we need into a single Excel sheet and send that off to a printer to fulfill the order.

I'd like to be able to set some email notifications so users can't turn them off. For example, we tag users in comments rather often and I don't want someone to turn off the notification and then end up missing an important update or question.

They've got one for when a predecessor on one of your tasks is completed as well as when *all* predecessors on one of your tasks is completed, but I think this would be a much simpler/easier to understand way of putting it. I'd also like to see the same alert for Teams.

ProofHQ currently can not view content in PDF "Sticky Notes" comments. Our clients often send us PDFs riddled with them, from multiple reviewers. It would be great to be able to see them by default, much like how you can see comments and changes in Track Changes view in MS Word.

Allow users to set reminders on any task they choose, rather than having a set reminder time on every task.

When creating a calendar, it would be great if we could choose custom colors (CMYK values) to match client/product branding and more easily identify items in the calendar.

My company develops some very detailed PPT presentations to include in-depth speaker notes. We currently have to create PDFs in notes view of our PPT presentations in order to view and comment on the notes section. We would love to be able to proof those notes directly and avoid the extra steps.

Agreed, most notably on being able to merge proofs. My company often makes multiple pieces incorporating a lot of the same information (printed invite for an event, posters based on that invite, etc) and being able to compare those documents against one another in ProofHQ would be the perfect soluti...
