  • Ugh, I think it's using UTC when no time is specified.  It's curious though that this only comes into play when the Watch Field module is used.

  • You try a Portfolio report.  Filter on those portfolios where the custom form (Category ID) matches the form used and the custom field Is Blank (if using more than one field, you can add an Or statement and repeat the filter, just changing the field name).

  • Thanks for confirming (and for info about the Event Subscription API).I think I may end up just scheduling a Custom API Call or Search module to run at regular intervals and pull the population of tasks that meet the canStart/milestoneID criteria I need.

  • I'm trying to build a scenario that is triggered when a certain milestone task is ready to start.  In the Events Filters section of the Watch Events module, I can specify the milestoneID of the task, but canStart is not an available option.  Any suggestions for how to create a trigger?Thanks.

  • Have you checked what layout template you've been assigned?  It should be listed in your user profile (right below the access level).  The main menu options can be customized in layout templates (under the Setup area of WF), so it's possible that your current layout template doesn't have the options...
