We are considering using business rules and would love to talk with anyone who has had success in implementing them. What kind of business rules have you implemented? What level of effort is needed to implement and maintain? Any draw backs or lessons learned?
We are looking at building an integration that pulls requests and incidents from ServiceNow and creates tasks in Workfront. These would be used for Agile planning. The larger goal would be to keep SN and WF in sync. One of the questions is Fusion vs Custom API. Has anyone done something similar...
