  • Hey William, I'll leave those questions for Josh, as I don't have accurate enough information for you at this point in time. However, in my personal opinion, not affiliated with Workfront in any way/shape/form, I do think we'll see us add in the Issue object type in the future, and since the filters...

  • Hi Curtis, This is coming down the pipeline as William said.. You can check out the new objects in Preview, and they are anticipated to be released with the 2019.4 release with an ETA of November. You can also filter on objects, so you can add in a filter via text mode of like.... project:status=C...

  • Hey Kevin, I'm not a reporting master by any means, that would be our Remote Consulting and Professional Services teams. However, when I look at the API explorer https://experience.workfront.com/s/api-explorer , I can see that the Task object can reference collections for Documents. Documents can ha...

  • Hi Miranda, You can use a Task report (or view) and use the column "Assignments And Status". The status portion of that will determine if the user has been Requested to work on something, and if they have committed to working on it. See here for an example: If it's "Requested", they have yet to hit ...

  • Hey Chris, I checked into your support case and was able to work with the support rep to get your auto-archival limit increased up to 180 days instead of 60. I hope this helps and you have a great evening! For anyone else that needs a longer auto-archival time, please contact support and if need-be,...

  • Hey Sydney, No problem, it's actually very simple. Let's take the following scenario: Form name: Campaign Info Fields: Drop-down: New or Established: New service area or Existing service area Multi-select: State: Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Ohio, Maryland, New York, Nevada, New Mexico, Geor...

  • Hi Sydney, To expand upon what Skye mentioned, it's not possible out of the box. However, you can create a calculated field and set the calculation as the other custom field name. This will allow a 1:1 relationship, which you can group by. Good luck! Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront

  • Hiya Jill, Workfront usernames are no longer case-sensitive, I'm fairly certain that's what you're recalling. However, as we continue to bring Proofing more into Workfront, there are some limitations that we're working on. This is one of those cases where it appears to not be an issue that's widespr...
