Piggy-backing off this thread. I use a pre-determined workflow. One of the reviewers in that workflow wants to look at the proof AFTER our copywriter leave comments. How do I set  it up so that "Dave" will be notified that there is a proof needing his attention after "Sam" sets his approval status? ...

Should a user who has a WF license be able to tag another user in a proof even if the person being tagged is not in that particular proofs workflow? I've searched on WF One but I'm not finding the answer. Thanks !

WOW! Sounds like I'm the only one who does like the new font. No complaints from my team either. Most of us are on a PC. Only the designers are on a Mac if that makes a difference.
