My designers upload proofs whether it's the original or a version. When the designer who uploaded the original, 1st version of the proof is OOO, how can the next person who is covering upload a version of the proof the original designer uploaded? In the proofing tool under Contacts > Out of Office settings, I used the Delegate Proofs To field and added the new person who is taking over. Unfortunately he still wasn't able to upload a version of the proof.
It's critical for us to keep versions with the original in the same route so approvers can refer back to the comments in the first version.
