Heard back from Support... the engineering team is aware and working on a hot fix for this bug, discovered earlier today.  They are hoping to have the fix pushed out tomorrow.   Hope this helps!

I just put a ticket in for the same issue.  Not sure what is going on, but I had to workaround via deactivation to try to adjust access, as well.   Hopefully, Support will be able to provide an update soon... will share once I hear back.

Totally agree, @Kevin Quosig‚ ! It would be nice to see Adobe be more consistent and proactive in their status communications. It is disappointing to be told to just put in a ticket and watch the community when there are widespread issues like the Classic pop-up.

Fight this regularly in the New User screen! Agree, I would much rather prefer that I get to save or cancel versus the popup just disappearing and having to start over. Good call out!
