  • Yes, but not in Workfront. The complexity of the transformation you need is beyond Workfront's built-in tools and can only be done via an ETL process using Fusion or other application via API. If you don't have easy access to Fusion or similar ETL tool to do this, I suggest reaching out to @Doug_Den...

  • Yes, this is a project filter and can be used when viewing any list of projects, whether in the Projects landing page or applied when creating a project report. The logic of the "Projects I'm On" button can't be changed, but you can select a default filter to be applied in Layout Templates.

  • Good news, @NickVa1 I SWEAR that I tried this before and it didn't work, but I saw it working in another environment and tried again with a fresh mind. Caveat is that you can't do this with a calculated view. But, you can do it if you add a calculated field to your project form. On your project cust...

  • If Division is a field on your User form, and you are wanting to display the Division of the user who submitted the original request before it was converted to a project, this should work:  displayname=Requester Division linkedname=convertedOpTask textmode=true valuefield=convertedOpTask:owner:DE:Di...

  • I use personal tasks a lot, in conjunction with a task report/dashboard that is specifically designed to display personal tasks, allows custom data to be attached to them, and hours to get logged. I mainly use them to quickly enter tasks not associated to a larger project, so I can track what non-pr...

  • Try this: {programMM|program}.{DE:Additional Regions} I would have expected this to work also, but the above is how Workfront updated our project calc fields that reference the project's program. {program}.{DE:Additional Regions} You don't need or want to prefix your calculation with {project}. Tha...
