Hi, that's expected. From product: "Proof doesn't support that type of link in PDFs to other pages within the same PDF. For context, the PDF is converted to a PNG to be viewed as an image on the Proof viewer, and there's no way to link to other images on the Viewer."

Hi there, I recommend creating a journal entry report. Within that, you can target if you want only status changes, etc. Note what shows in system activity is a combination of native system updates and whatever you've noted as tracked fields in Setup. Hope this helps!
