Hi there,  You'd only see Proofing in main menu if you are an admin/have a sys admin access level. It's not part of the main menu options for a layout template. More info here. If you already are an admin in your instance, you could submit a Support ticket so they can see what else may be going on.

I think you are better off creating a task report filtered to all the tasks/projects you need, have a column for task status, and GROUP them by project and then parent task.
