Hi there, Planning doesn't currently support attachments on records or anywhere in Planning, but I believe it's in the works (timing TBD).

Thumbnails don't appear for certain file types like PDF, PPT, Excel. Types like PNG, JPG do. I wish it would show for all. Is this consistent with where you're not seeing thumbnails? If you're not seeing them for image file types, I'd ask Support.

Have you considered having the user just looking at Updates (updates & sys activity tab) from their profile page? That shows everything the user does on objects across WF...

This may be a variation of what you're looking for but it could get ideas going. In a project report, you can include this text mode for a report filter to only pull projects that has docs within the folder you want. Seems like that would help if you're only after projects with docs in the Final fol...

Yes, this was a known outage today but it is resolved now, they're continuing to monitor closely as more users get on now.

When I used to have to do this, I went with option A because the deliverable projects I was splitting the request up into would need different templates/assignments/etc. and it was easier to do all that when converting it multiple times.
