Hi, yes you can certainly do this in bulk. Pull the projects you need to share in a project report (or select them all from within the portfolio or program if they're in the same one). Then select all > click the share icon to adjust access for all.

In addition to everyone's thoughts - ask if they have an email rule putting the notifications elsewhere. Or maybe they have an email rule for WF notifications to automatically go to their Trash (I've seen it happen!).

The file size limit is 4GB. If your connection is unstable, it can sometimes fail to upload. Check out this article with more detail limits and accepted file types. Video file types is toward the bottom, I don't see QT listed so you may just need to change your file type.
