I have assigned a few Tasks to myself across multiple Projects. However, in my to-do list, most of those tasks aren't showing up. Attached is a screenshot of 3 Tasks under a Project that isn't showing up.  

Our team will be creating Projects from Templates and in those Templates are tasks being assigned to the different team. However, there are certain tasks that can only be done by the Project Owner / the person creating the Project. How do you assign tasks to the Project Owner?

Hey @Madalyn_Destafney, I did get access but the solution provided would still require going into Expenses to put it under a Task. The ideal solution would be to put Expenses on a task level to avoid those extra clicks.

I discovered the issue. I toggled the currency field off in the template and that defaulted the currency back to USD.

@VicSellers and @Lyndsy-Denk So I created a new Project again from the template (yes, template's currency is in AUD) and Expenses are still in USD. See screenshot below. Sorry a bit small because I had to zoom out to show both the USD and AUD numbers.
