Does anyone know how/if I can create a filter on a report that would show me only projects who's group (groupID) does not match the group for the portfolio (portfolio:groupID) the project is part of?

Does anyone have any code that would allow a proof approval or document version report to filter and only show proofs where a specific stage was activated in the last day? I thought about using deadline but many users don't set them so that would pull in far too many.

I have a proof approval report that shows all proofs still awaiting a decision. I want to add a column rule for proofs that had no deadline set but were created more than 15 days ago. Is there any way in text mode to use both of these criteria?
