For me, the delay is usually between 5 to 20 minutes. If the delay extends to hours, please submit a support ticket.

Hi @ConnorO2, You don't need to convert the issue to a task as shown in your second screenshot because we are importing tasks from the template. Instead, select Project >> attachTemplate in your second screenshot. Then, map the project ID in the ID box (as we want to import new tasks to the project)...
