Hi @gallaghan6, yes I believe it to be an IT restriction issue wherein the 3rd party dependencies are blocked. You might have to get it whitelisted or connect with the IT.

Just run the Asset Workflow Migration Tool to handle them as mentioned by @arunpatidar. As long as they are disabled, the BPA report will not list them.
