  • Hi @bensphil  - if I understand your use case correctly, you want to see pages where a visitor had a page view but no page events.  If that's right, you could create some segments like this.  Unfortunately this sandbox doesn't have any page events.  But this setup would show you visits where a page ...

  • The number of exits will be the same as the number of visits.  The exit version of dimensions allow you to report by the last known dimension item.  As you mentioned, exit page is a commonly used example.  Every hit in the visit has the same exit page dimension.   If you use the exit page dimension,...

  • If I understand your question, CJA already has OOTB metrics to track these.  Session Starts are set on the 1st event of a Session.  Session Ends are set on the last event.     They are standard components.  If they aren't present in the data view, an admin can add them. https://experienceleague.adob...

  • I was just working on a similar situation earlier today.  Another option is to add the page dimension as the starting point.  You'll then get a list of the top starting pages and see exits where only one page was seen.  Once your initial flow loads, you can then filter the middle column to the page ...

  • Hi @bhuwaneshpandey  - in addition to what Mandy mentioned, be sure that you're breaking out by marketing channel detail.  If you use other dimensions such as tracking code or url, those have differing logic that can impact the results.

  • Hi @gautham_madala  - I should have clarified, I've been involved in projects where data from data lakes was used for historical backfill.  I haven't been directly involved in the process/technical aspects. The data was pre-processed so we could then apply persistence, etc., as desired within CJA.

  • hi @MichelaTa - are you using Report Builder?  If so, I encountered a similar issue this week.  After much troubleshooting to no avail, I recreated the project and it's working as expected.

  • hi @gautham_madala - I've worked with historical backfills sent from data lake.  Mapping this data to appropriate schema path definitely gives you more flexibility so the data all ties together. Using the AA source connector might be a quicker start, but AFAIK there's definitely drawbacks for the bi...

  • Hi @gautham_madala  I've run into this same issue and I do not believe there's currently a way to extract a number from a string and cast it was an integer.   With that being said, I'm building a Report Builder project that accomplishes similar results in Excel.  I'd recommend taking a look that tha...
