It was an issue with port forwarding in the linux firewall the dispatcher was on.

Were you able to find the solution to this issue? I'm having a similar problem with the null session. 

Thanks for flagging this, but we managed to fix this issue. It was a window's driver issue that we resolved with Microsoft's tech support.

I have been trying to validate the overlays for the latest service package  6.5.15.0 , but I get a timeout error message almost instantly despite setting the config to a longer time (I tried both 600 seconds and 3600).
