Hi, Does anyone know which soft bounce types will probably end up in a hard bounce? In my case it could take several months before the maximum of 4 soft bounces is reached. I would like to act on these soft bounces beforehand if there is a large chance that it will turn into a hard bounce eventually...

I would really like to know that because a difference of 100 (on a total of 383) is too much to put it aside...

I created in ACS a small report in which I compare the bounce and error rates of a few campaigns. Somehow the numbers don't add up.Look at the first line: 116 + 101 + 72 = 289. Errors and bounces are supposed to be 383, what sub category am I missing?

Thanks Sathees, this seems to work! Please review if I used the exclusion in a correct way.I defined the profiles as the primary set.Then I used 'joins' as exclusion method and joined the emailaddress from the addressStatus table with the emailaddress from the Profile table.  Thanks, Lara
