I assume that you are getting high page views when slice by 5 min. If yes, the reason is..a users page view is counted twice if the page view is active between two 5 min range. If user visiting Page A at 11:15 and continues to 11:19, it will be two page views attributed between 11:10 to 11:15 and 11...

I assume it could be permission issues. You may need to reach out to Admin for the same.

This could be because of the report suite settings. Ex: While creating a new reprt suite ID, if I select Default will act different than, if I select e-commerce.

I can think of three points1. There is a VPN which might be interrupting the connection and eventually leading to error2. The Classification which is set, is not in the same sequence3. Try with creating a new / different FTP

As Virtual report suite is defined and designed based on actual report suite id (with Segment), I don't think is is feasible to check if there would be any server calls usage you would be able to measure.
