No, unfortunately. You can activate them sperately/manually and send separate messages each time though if it's really that crucial.

We remove them from all active proofs. You have to find that option in the contacts section. That leaves their approval on all old proofs, and their comments on all proofs, but doesn't hold up anything by leaving them on with decisions still pending.

This seems like something Fusion should be able to do, but I'm pretty new to the tool and haven't been able to figure it out. I know there are apps that let you create baselines on a recurring basis, but can Fusion do this?
