@Sukrity_Wadhwa @Manoj_Kumar_ Thank you for the answer and help! I ended up following a different approach and looking for workflows that reference my Shared Audience. It is not perfect but it is a start. I may eventually do the same using logs and try to estimate the last usage of my list. Thanks!

We have an extensive list of shared audiences and I am trying to find the ones that have not being used for quite some time. My initial idea would be building an workflow that does the following: Query a list of shared listsQuery a list of workflows that reference these shared listsQuery the last time these workflows were runFilter the ones not used for more than N months Although the idea above may work, it will most likely be extremely slow and maybe even impossible to run or build. Was wonder...

I am trying to access exportToAAM activitiy data inside a javascript block, but I am unable to do so. Here is my code:var groupQuery = "SELECT iWorkflowId FROM XtkWorkflow"; var groupsXML = sqlSelect( "collection,iWorkflowId:int", groupQuery ); for each(var group in groupsXML.collection){ var wkf = NLWS.xtkWorkflow.get(group.iWorkflowId); logInfo(wkf.activities.exportToAAM.label); logInfo(wkf.activities.exportToAAM[0].label); } I have also tried to query mData and read it as an DOMDocument, but ...

I am using AC's "Update shared audience" block to export audiences to AAM, which seem to expire after a few months. Is that so? How long until they expire? Is there a way of configuring that? TIA

When I open a Shared Audience, I usually go to Content > Data and click the counter button to get a preview of the population size. Unfortunately, I noticed that the population size there is not correct, since a few old audiences show more than 17 million recipients, but when I query them I get around 200k recipients. I am looking forward to automate the count of all my audiences to generate a report, but I honestly don't want to load each of them to generate a count. I was looking forward to bu...

Amazing, thank you! I will try this approach. One last curiosity: so it is not possible to get the XML of the workflow? It gets mapped to WppObject?

Thank you! I will try that! One final question, how do I get the workflow's XML in javascript? I wrote down the following code to test some filtering, but it didn't work: var test = instance.activities.jumpout.(@name == "jumpout");

I am attempting to create shared (sub) workflows which other users could reuse them to do common tasks. What would be the best/proper way to pass variables that would work as parameters to these sub-workflows? Atm I am using instance variables, but I have a major issues with it. The following workflow, for example: Both sub-workflows use the instance.vars.parameter. Internally, on my sub-workflow, I would build a logic that halts the execution if the variable/parameter is not properly set. But, ...
