Hi @raghu_96, it depends on how you want to use the data that is getting ingested. Here are factors to consider:Do you plan to use the data ingested back for the next segments? If so, then this dataset needs to be profile enabled. If you want to keep only in a data lake, then it need not be profile ...

That's right, any record that comes in it will re-ingest. So there are times when you must plan the events ingestion very well. Once added, they cannot be modified.

Currently, it doesn't and I wish we can tie them together. It does tie a few columns - so not sure how it decides which columns to tie... but I definitely wish to tie an event-type column.
