can you give more context of a helper audience and how this is different than a target audience?

If you do create a field into the schema it will appear underneath the tenant object.  It will not appear in the root (global) listing of the schema.

Hello @ShashiCh     You can only configure 1 batch segmentation scheduler within the Adobe RTCDP platform.  Is the requirement to evaluate or activate segments on a different interval.   Segments can be activated to destination at different intervals.

With the custom merge policy have you mapped in the dataset into the merge policy? This could be the case if records are not showing up in profile.
