Dear all,We have created some campaign workflows with multiple mail deliveries. And we usually perform a proof delivery to validate the HTML contents before sending the mail out. The problem is that the proof shows up in the campaign dashboard.Although there is no technical problem with this, I wonder if there is a way to not show the proof delivery in the dashboard? Thanks in advance.Best,Roxie

Dear all,I have a question regarding reusing the randomly split groups used for one A/B test in another email delivery. Essentially an A/B test is carried out initially for one email delivery, and the target population is split into two groups for the A/B test. Now we want to reuse these split groups in another email delivery.I wonder if this is possible. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Dear all,We have a website where visitors search for departure and arrival places. These are taken from the cookies and sent by Launch directly to Target when device is a personal computer. However for smartphone users, the cookie is not issued, and the departure and arrival places could not be sent to Target. An alternative is to send these info through Launch to Analytics when the results page is shown. We have some AAM segments created from these info using AA as the data source. And if these...

@Darren_Bowers Thank you for your reply. It seems that we have changed one of the typology rules, the input form for recipient, and maybe some web analytics technical workflow. I am wondering how can we save a backup of these?

Dear all, We were recently noticed of the Gold Standard 11 update. After talking to the customer care, it seems that the update may change certain settings back to default (e.g. typology rules, MX management). We are wondering what else could be changed back to default and if there is a way to export all the necessary settings so that once the update is done they can be imported to apply all the customizations? Thanks in advance. Dear all, We have to send some data from Adobe Analytics to the BI tool named Domo. Due to the necessity of incorporating calculated metrics and more than 4 elements, it was figured that Data Warehouse is a better option than the API. However, the problem with Data Warehouse is that when the data exceeds 1MB in size, it gets zipped automatically, while the Domo connector could not unzip the file and extract the necessary data. Hence we are thinking of sending the data in zipped format to Adobe C...

@jantzen_belliston-Adobe It seems that standard AA metrics do not track the timeout error hence other means needs to be used.

@yuhuisg Thank you for the explanation. I guess it highly depends on the specific website but I wonder other than tracking with AA, what would be some general options to investigate the influence of timeout error in the past? Just out of curiosity of course.

@yuhuisg Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the confusion. We have a certain page that has caused timeout error due to traffic more than expected. I want to know if the timeout error which occurred in the past is tracked by AA (standard metrics or so) without any customized implementation to track the error specifically.

Dear all,We have encountered an error with the code WKF-560038 in one of the mail campaign deliveries. The error message says that when executing the Delivery ID, error has occurred, and it is asked to refer to the log of the email delivery. However no error message is shown in the log. The Delivery ID is an auto-generated number with 8 digits. Does anyone have idea what this error mean? Thanks in advance. Best,Roixe

Dear all, We have an ongoing A/B test on a certain page. We are making change to that page by removing and replacing certain HTML elements which is likely to affect the modifications we made in the A/B test. We currently have the url to the equivalent page in development. The idea is that we create a copy of the A/B test and replace the original url with the development url to check for any errors. The problem is that the development url requires a sign-in, which pops up in normal browser but no...

@josejr19 Thank you for the reply. We plan to apply the js code as an offer to everybody who hits the url, and that js code will look for certain HTML elements, compare their values with some predefined desirable values, and only when they equal a certain part of the webpage is then replaced by some other contents. Hence I believe no additional call would be required as we don't want to refresh that page. Do you think this is viable? Thanks in advance.

@josejr19Thank you for your prompt reply. Regarding option 1, it is likely that the HTML element we want to grab won't be available until the page so it would be difficult to use the targetPageParams() function.Regarding option 3, the page url does not contain the necessary parameters and the referrer policy is strict-origin-when-cross-origin, making it impossible for AT to reference as well. I am not sure if option 2 would work and will look into that. Thank you very much. As an alternative, we...

Hi Craig, Thank you for the link. The workflow has been proven to work in past campaigns and the setting has not changed.I suspect that there is a time delay in the AC->AA data connection. Apparently for the specific email ID, metrics such as Sent and Opens are still zero, while metrics measured by AA (e.g. pageview) is non-zero as of now.Could you confirm if the time lag exists and if so how long would it be up to? Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Hi David,Thank you for the answer. Could you confirm if 4am means the local timezone or some other time? Also I see that occurrence for the specific email ID is non-zero, yet for Sent/Open metrics the value stays at zero. Is there a reason why this is so. Thank you very much again. Best,Roxie

Dear all, When sending Adobe Campaign email stats data to Analytics for reporting purposes, is there a time delay until when the data can be seen in Workspace? We have send out an email today but the data (e.g. Sent, Open, etc.) isn't showing up after 8hrs. Could anyone confirm? Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Dear all, I have a question regarding the Adobe Campaign Sent metric available in Analytics Workspace. The phenomenon I am seeing is that the numbers of Sent records are spread over a long period of the time for a one-time mail delivery.I am assuming that the one-time mail delivery should be done immediately after the campaign is executed, hence it is expected that the Sent records should occur on the same day. Could anyone explain why there is such a discrepancy? Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie
