Hi, According to the the following documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/metrics/time-spent-per-visit.html?lang=en#how-this-metric-is-calculated), the calculation for time spent per visit is Total seconds spent divided by (Visits minus Bounces). The below report screenshot shows a value of 293 seconds for the time spent per visit metric. But when I manually calculate using the formula above, I get a value of 212 seconds. Which one is correct and why is there...

Hi, I know email address is not captured in Adobe Analytics by default due to PII. But can we import email addresses from our internal customer database into Adobe matching by customer id for instance? Would this practice violate any rules or policies related to PII?

Hi. I created a calculated metric to simply count the number of days using the approximate count distinct function. It's been working just fine up until this past week. Count shows 6 days in week instead of 7, even though a breakdown by day shows 7 days? Any ideas why this is happening? Count of days segment Report result:

Yes, I've experienced this across any visualization where I'm trending by month. I'll go ahead and open a Client Care ticket. Thanks!

Hi, many of my time series visualizations (line, area, bar) show missing or 'shifted' time series labels. I think this happens because we use a fiscal calendar. Is there any way around this besides creating my own custom time periods and using them in place of the native time periods (day, week, month)? The example below shows missing months for instance.
