@jen_lasser Thank you so much! I just turned them off. I also had no idea that preferences section existed, so adjusted a few other things too.I am so used to turning anomalies off reflexively, it will be nice to skip that step!

@jen_lasser & @JohnBates -- Hot d*mn, I now see that it's in Labs. Really cool. I love how you tied it segments/ metrics/ evars. Very elegant. Here's my feedback, also sent via Labs.1. Move the annotation from a hover popup to a list below the graph itself, a la Google Analytics. My report consumers view charts via Workspace PDFs or in screenshots that I email them. None of the stakeholders are actually IN Adobe. So while the popup presentation might be helpful for analysts leaving notes to each...

To echo @adamw73247808, I agree that having the ability to tie an annotation to a specific metric would be very helpful. In terms of visualizing the events, like the way Google Analytics displays them. If you really wanted to take it up a notch, you could even allow the events to be tied to variables (or even values in a variable). For example, I would tie the "Friends Reunion on HBO Max" event to Show = Friends.

I'd like the option to choose which eVar's value should appear as a label for a graph (see visual below.) When there are lots of stacked variables or filters applied, the label gets quite unwieldy. I spend a lot of time manually updating the values that appear in line charts. In the case below, I would choose "Show" as the variable to appear as the label. I'd set it and forget it. Currently, each time a new show cracks the top 5 line items that appear on the graph I have to remember to go in and ...

That's a good idea re: turning it off in permissions, but that's still a lot of hassle. Would prefer a simple default toggle since it seems liek for some users it is helpful, and for others, it's just extra work for the Adobe servers to provide information that's actively not wanted.

Each time I create a graph, I take an extra step to remove the anomaly bubbles as we have very few reports/scenarios in which they apply or are helpful. Maybe 1%? I would be very, very grateful if there were a toggle somewhere to turn OFF anomaly detection by default. Or perhaps Adobe could explore turning them off for everyone and see if you get any complaints. 🙂 My company is in media, so our metrics fluctuate significantly based on content available -- NBA Games, Star Wars, etc. etc.@jenlass...

Yes! There are always outages, and there's no way to communicate these to end users in context (i.e., where they might actually see the FYI.)
