I support this, only with the condition that this is a permission can be turned on and off... As in, only users who are granted the rights to save to the folder can do so, not everyone.

@Gigazelle yep, if this feature gets picked up, adding settings to enable or disable should be easy, I just wanted to make sure that it was mentioned so that it could be taken into consideration for the project as a whole

I would like to add one thing to this, there should be a setting to enable or disable URLs rendering as links... in some reports, this will be helpful, in others it could be less so (or some companies may just not want that)... so providing the option in the table settings would be ideal.
