@Michael_Soprano As of today you will have to use condition activity to check each time either using audience or expressions. I believe global exit criteria feature is coming soon to handle such a scenario.

@saurabhtawde84 You will have to start with a query activity that pulls the profiles qualified for cart abandonment. Apply how many rows and priority of the items abandoned using deduplication activity then have an enrichment to convert the collection into a single row that contains SKU1, SKU2, SKU3...

It shouldn't take a long time to get that updated. In case, you have waited for several hours without seeing the status updated, I recommend reaching out to Adobe support by opening a ticket to investigate and figure out more about this issue.

@Ajo_WisdomChase Ideally it should show the sent, open, click, etc, when you receive the proof email. From the screenshot, I see that the status is ongoing. If you have received the proof email it should reflect the updated status. Do you see anything updated?
