Re: Select multiple tags in touch UI AEM 6.2 kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
If you select only one tag, it will be stored as a String. Once stored as String it will continue to be String (comma separated) even if you try editing the field and adding multiple tags. Try saving multiple values in the first attempt itself (i.e. before the property exists in AEM).

Re: How to modify configurations on PROD Publish instance if "CRXDE Lite" and "configMgr" is not accessible? kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
Runmode package deployments are for changing configurations. I prefer it on both Author and Publish instances. But then sometimes I am too lazy to create a new package and I use:/system/console/configMgr/crx/de/crx/explorer/browser/index.jspIf none of these 3 consoles are accessible, go ahead and create a runmode package.

Re: Including client libraries kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
Even when all CSS and JS files are getting minified automatically due to your configuration in Library Manager, you still can include the non-minified files in the approach you suggested: something.min.js vs something.jsWith clientlibs, we get one CSS and one JS file. If trying to include files by path, you will have to include all the files yourself, increasing the number of requests. The worst place this hits is when Google starts considering your page slow due to more number of requests and r...

Getting started with Sightly kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
Hi,I got the AEM 6.0 today. Installed on Win7. Double clicked to install on port 4602.Opened Geometrixx site on http://localhost:4602/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en.htmlA couple issues: - Client context is not getting closed by clicking close icon. 😞- In developer mode, viewed the scripts used to render home page (This is pretty cool). Clicked on topnav.jsp. My expectation was to see the sightly code but it opened up CRXDElite. In the demo I have seen the script being opened in another inter...

Why DAM? What are the issues in using clientlibs in /etc/designs? They too are accessible to authors.

Re: Sidekick effected by CSS kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
The Parsys design component relies heavily on legend, fieldset and label. In your page, expected css is being overwritten by your custom css. Hence the issue. I would suggest to edit your custom css so as to avoid conflict.

Re: how to purge old packages kumaranf - Adobe Experience Manager
1. Create a small workflow to find nodes under "/etc/packages" where jcr:created has value older than 90 days (say). This will return you nodes of paths like: /etc/packages/Group_Name and /etc/packages/Group_Name/.snapshot2. Delete these nodes. 3. Your TarPM and datastorage cleanup will take care of retrieving the used space.
