Re: Adobe Health Dashboard 3.03 missing component details Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Analytics
Update to this, I thought maybe I messed up my authentication, I am new to the whole API thing so I downloaded the legacy version 2.27 and tried there and I'm missing the details in there as well!I even went back to double check and there should be data there, it's showing up in the reports.

Adobe Health Dashboard 3.03 missing component details Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello,I am running the latest version of the dashboard, 3.03 and the component summary works well., Everything looks like it is coming in, however when I look at the individual component summary I am not getting any of the values. All I have done so far is input credentials, authenticate and refresh all data. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Re: GDPR : add cookie check condition to Experience Cloud ID service Extension Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Thanks Brandon! That is excellent news, I looked over the documentation.New question, how would I leverage the EU compliance cookie sat_track? That is what we are currently using to control the analytics implementation, so it would easiest to keep using the same thing. Thanks!

Bot, or something more nefarious? Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Analytics
Hi, I am going into a rabbit hole at the moment and would love to hear some more thoughts/ideas. A client has some traffic that showed up coming from a singular domain (allstream.com), on an old browser (Chrome 59) and a singular OS (Windows 10) it jumped out because as you can see it is almost a flat line (there are never flat lines in analytics unless the value is zero. and Chrome 59 is like 18 months old. So I created a segment, isolated the traffic and "voila" As you can see after December 2...

Great! That is what I assumed but it shows up in red which causes concerns.

Re: Device condition Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Hi Gigazelle,So after much discussion we decided to leave the code on, so the problem went away. But it got me thinking, really what we were after was a way to turn rules off for connections that are slower. So that if someone is on a 3G connection, they don't get all the bells and whistles, just the base analytics regardless of what the device is.

That makes sense, but what if I only what that screen size functionality to apply for a single page.

Re: Device condition Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Aaronius9er9er9er Here is the scenario I am trying to resolve. We have a tool which we would like to include on the pages. Let's say it's something like Clicktale, which comprises of a separate JS which I am injecting with Launch. However, we don't want to include it on mobile versions of a particular landing page because it is weighty and slows things down. I can do an exclusion for the URL but that would be overkill, and we still want the tool to run on desktop versions. I only want to remove...

Device condition Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Hello,I need to create a rule that only fires for desktop (not mobile) but when I try to use the Device Type condition Launch tells me not to. What should I be doing instead?

Re: Trying to update an extension... Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
So the issue resolved itself. It seems to be because I had another library in staging waiting to be published. and as a result I was not allowed to update the extensions. Hopefully if anyone else has that error they will see this.

Trying to update an extension... Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Hello,I logged into Launch today to see two extensions need updating. Which I would like to do. When I select the upgrade button I get this error: Cannot upgrade extension with existing library state in '["submitted", "approved"]'the strange thing is I created a new library and built it in development for these to be added to. Am I doing it wrong? Thanks,

EU Compliance error Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Hello,I am leveraging the EU compliance functionality and sat_track. I used a console.log to tell me the state of the cookie but get a strange message from Launch."Uncaught (in promise) EU Compliance was not acknowledged by the user." What does this mean, should I be concerned? Thanks

Re: GDPR : add cookie check condition to Experience Cloud ID service Extension Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I created a rule which loads at the top, and the custom code is the visitorAPI.js file and added a condition. Any reason why this won't work? Then the code is still controlled by Launch but you can add the consent condition.

Re: s.events not picking up? Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I figured it out myself. I needed to add s.trackEvents = "event82, event83"; Just in case anyone is having the same issue

s.events not picking up? Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I am writing setting an event in the Launch interface, and then adding a conditional event with JavaScript in the custom call section:if (_satellite.getVar('dl-event-eventType')!==''){ s.events = s.events + ",event83"; console.log(s.events);}My console log here is outputting:event82,event83However the output in the analytics call is just: events: event82

Re: GDPR : add cookie check condition to Experience Cloud ID service Extension Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I have implemented a test with TrustArc, and I can stop everything but the Experience Cloud ID. The only solution I can find is to put the code outside of Launch and wrap the entire launch include in a conditional statement. If anyone has a better suggestion I would love to hear it.

Re: GDPR and Extensions Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Thanks Jeff, I was hoping they would all have the same sort of documentation as the data-connectors have for Adobe Analytics. Sort of step by step implementation guides. This is helpful though thanks!

Re: Natural order of eVars, props and events Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
Might want to add the word "sorting" so it shows up in search easier.

GDPR and Extensions Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
So unless you have been living under a rock you've been inundated with privacy change notifications lately due to GDPR. Does anyone have experience trying to implement one of the GDPR extensions like OneTrust or TrustArc? They are very light on documentation and I am having troubles figuring out how they work and the best way to implement. Thanks,

Bring back notes Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I used the notation field at the bottom every time to add a note about what change I made and why. (well, most of the time ) I would like to see that in brought back in Launch. It's a good habit to get into.

Put variable sorting back in Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
In DTM it didn't matter which order you put in the s.props once you saved they resorted into order. So for example you could enter them in s.prop1, s.prop23, s.prop2, s.prop11. And when you saved and reloaded the rule it would sort them s.prop1, s.prop2, s.prop11, s.prop23. Which is really handy when you are scanning for something. Launch doesn't do this so as the implementation changes and grows you need to manually reorder variables (unless I have missed something)

Re: Improve Launch Rules list page Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Experience Platform Launch
I would echo this, plus adding tags back in for rules. Right now I am adding short-hand for page load top (PLT - ), page load bottom (PLB - ), event based (EB - ) and so on.

Re: Using profile Geo-location Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Target
Hi Rohit, Thanks for the response. I was able to turn them on (easy enough) but I am unclear how I access the information. I have the latest experience cloud debugger. Basically I am trying to create a console.log that says "You are in" +. I know this is probably basic but for the life of me I can't seem to figure it out.

Using profile Geo-location Dave_hamel1 - Adobe Target
Is there a way to push profile.geolocation.country in my mbox response? I was looking at profile scripts but I can't seem to access the DOM through it. I know I can create experienced based on country, but I would like to leverage that information for other purposes. Thanks,
