We are getting an empty value in the getVisitorprofile response for iOS
suddenly, also it returns different values sometimes from what we see in
the demdex response call. We are getting different segment ids qualified
in the demdex response but we get other values in the getVisitorprofile
response. Can you please guide me on how we could resolve this issue.
Here is the response that we get from the app. We enabled the verbose
level for logs and here is what we receiving: 2021-04-20
We have created a test group in Audience lab and map the test segment to
ACS and GA, but we are not able to see the test segment name or the
mapping key in the audience library. As far as destination concern i
don't see any issue in it (default segments are being exported and
visible in audience library),on the other hand the test segment ids are
reflect in GA which is a cookie based destination. Does the audience lab

We have been doing some testing activity in the incognito window to
verify new audiences. In order to validate the qualification of trait
and segment, we see the users are qualifying for trait according to the
condition on 15th may, but I don't see the respective segment is
reflecting in the tool when we verify the same UUID on 18th May. Refer
to the screenshot. What could be the cause of this? We generally not
seeing this issue in regular window browsing.
@snielson Continuing to clarify one more doubt on this, if we pass kakao
id in different datasource like this d_cid_ic: hm_id635463563630 -
KAKAO ID and trigger this on each load of the page with unauthstate "0",
could that be stored in device profile ?. If it is stored in device
profile, can we use that as alternate for UUID in export file?
@snielson I need to check one more thing, onboading multiple ids with
the same data sources will lead to increase the audience base in the
segments right? Which means we could get incorect customer counts that
qualified for the segment right?
We are planning to integrate kakao and AAM for one of our use case ,
where we need to onboard kakao id along with our company crm id in dcs
call. We are unsure it is good to have both ids with same integration
code in dcs calls, also we need to know how that behaves. Could you

Hi, Does the audience manager collect only signals as text data types
only? i have seen in trait expression we have >= or <= operators but
still don't find any documentation what are the data types that the
audience manager collects. Also, if we are using SSF how this data type
is defined and works for numeric or date related signals?
Hi Varun,We have the same scenario where we use browse trait to set
frequency and recency along with onboarded trait. But the results look
same for frequency 2 vs frequency 5. We don't find any difference in the
real-time qualification between these two segments. Both the counts look
similar.But if we use the frequency and recency without onboarded trait,
we found an optimal difference between the real-time realization
counts.Please explain what could be the cause of this.ThanksKeerthi
