We are getting an empty value in the getVisitorprofile response for iOS suddenly, also it returns different values sometimes from what we see in the demdex response call. We are getting different segment ids qualified in the demdex response but we get other values in the getVisitorprofile response.
Can you please guide me on how we could resolve this issue. Here is the response that we get from the app.
