It would be a huge boon if we could have on Calendar that had Corporate holidays on it, that could be used in combination with separate PTO Calendars used by many individual groups.
• Because other users, like workers on a task, need to see some of it?• Because it's an extra step to do all those share removals, every time, on each project?
The description of this Innovation says "have a[n] option to make it mandatory" so I think we're fine. Make it an option. Some tasks don't need hours against them, so absolutely require it. Even if the Planner could turn it off, I wouldn't mind making them jump through that hoop to over-ride policy....
