When you create a new reportsuite that is copied from an existing reportsuite it does not automatically copy al the setting over. You know get a warning telling this which is good but even better either OPTION 1 - Improve functionality so that all settings are automatically copied (which is why is want you would expect to happen in the 1st place) or OPTION 2 - Create an automatic request to client care asking them to copy the setting from the master reportsuite to the new one this can replace th...

Would be useful if admin users could enable supported user status via the Admin Console. Currently have 2 supported users for 300 log-ins and would be useful if you could designate supported users status via the console - in a similar manner in which you can manger user groups or admin rights - that way if both supported users are away another user can be given supported user status in order to log issues etc. Current work-around includes users sharing email login credentials or using multiple i...

Agree with this - while I understand why the limit is in place as a publisher it is frustrating to run into this issues on or around the 20th of each month . This issue prevents our editorial team from knowing what were the top stories viewed on site for several days of each month - something they rightly expect to be an easy thing to deliver, particularly for a news site. It is not ideal having to go into discover or the data warehouse for such a basic requirement.

Allow users to create and share segments across multiple report suites in SiteCatalyst and Discover, this includes the Data Warehouse. E.g.A user with the right permissions can create a segment in any of one the above tools and they should have the ability to share this across the report suites available for that company, additionally a segment created in SiteCatalyst should be replicated in Discover and the Data warehouse and vice versa (say 24hr later)
