Would be useful if admin users could enable supported user status via the Admin Console.
Currently have 2 supported users for 300 log-ins and would be useful if you could designate supported users status via the console - in a similar manner in which you can manger user groups or admin rights - that way if both supported users are away another user can be given supported user status in order to log issues etc.
Current work-around includes users sharing email login credentials or using multiple in-boxes both of which cause an issue for our data security team or the IT support teams respectively.
