What specific permissions should we check if an author is unable to rollout?

We have one of our user not able to roll out pages. It gives a success message but rollout isn't completed. However, when an admin does the same action, it works. Checking, like we have workflow history log, is there a rollout log to check what's going on?

In my client instance, I am unable to see the "Admin Control" option in the inbox view. What privileges are required to see that view? I am already in the "Admins" group (with AMS). Do I need to be in "Administrator" group to see that?

we want to create a report to show breakdown of assets by folder - is there an easy utility? Tried to use the ACS commons reports-> asset but if we have a ton of assets, the asset report breaks - we would love to get a breakdown by folder hopefully with indentation of folder as well
