You would want a proof approval report created for you that showed all of the proofs that you're on.

Are you sure that this is a problem with Workfront and not how the emails are being routed and delivered on your domain?Assuming that the "email alias" has a user account within Workfront you can to edit the user and review the notifications to see if there are any options which help you.

Could you have individuals create the request, save the draft, then copy & share the info in the Share Path button in the top right?  The second team could then modify and ultimately submit.

The issue seems to be resolved in our environment

My guess is that is an unrelated issue with Workfront, I would strongly suspect the impact severity is not Minor in this case

I called in the issue with Adobe Support and they're aware of it and they're working on it
