Should have noted in our case the reason behind all requestors having view access is so they don't see ALL the request queues. We share them with specific requestors in some cases and all in others.

I see . . . . sounds like you would need to change just her access to view projects. This would keep everyone else out and the only project being shared would the the request queue.
