I would advise to debug it in the browser console with the Launch debug mode activated. This will help you check what rules are fired after a click. Maybe in addition to the rule shown in the screenshot, the second rule gets fired too. Maybe the second call is the Exit Link tracking. Check the pe parameter in both server calls (d - download, o - custom, e - exit). If the data is captured into a single report suite from both subdomains and the visitor ID (mid) matches, the Bounce Rate is calculated as they were two pages under a single domain. Hi Tom,You can do it with calculated metrics.Create a hit segment "event1 exists". Then create a metric, add Visits and the segment on top of it. This new metric will return the number of visits the event1 was set in regardless of how many times (1, 2, or more). And pay attention to the IF condition in the custom code. The code will be executed only when _satellite.getVar("are Targeting Cookies Allowed") returns TRUE.

Thank you for sharing the link! First, pay attention to the errors in the console. Here is what I could see on the first pageand the following error is on the contact us page (second page): Regarding the tags that may fail to fire, I have looked at the setup with the Launch Inspector and did not find the rule "PL : Top : All Pages". However, there is a rule "PL : Top : All : All Pages" with some custom code that should fire gtag. The 6th action in the rule looks as follows, is it the tag you wer...

Not really. Do not confuse Visits and Path Views, they are completely different metrics. When the Repeats are not included, the Path like Page A > Page A > Page A (page reloads) returns 1 instead of 3.

Hi Huntp, To have Page Views in the freeform table match the Path Views in the Flow viz, click on the gear icon on the Flow viz and check Include repeat instances. Best wishes,Andrey Osadchuk | Inspect Launch Implementation, Automate Classifications & Data Sources, Essential Bookmarks

Hi zming_744,Find the line(s) with the peak in the table and break it down by the Campaign (tracking code) dimension. You may also want to run a contribution analysis if it's enabled for your account and that peak was labeled as an anomaly. Jay,If you apply a metric Page Views per Visit, it will show an average across visitor's visits. This is the metic you may want to use when analyse traffic volume. However, in case you are able to define that certain session of a given user, that metric will show exactly what you are after. Gareth,Sequential segments are to help you. The repeated visitors can be defined as "Visited pages A, B, C and then after a visit visited pages A, B, C". The first time visitors are those who visited pages A, B, C minus repeated visitors. @yuhuisg, I would add that it's possible if a JS code calls an API for retrieving the visitor GEO-IP info. Architecturally, it looks similar to how Target works - at.js calls server that returns data to the page.

Improve the Search Components capability in Analysis Workspace the way it will be possible to search by keywords in the component description (metrics, dimensions, segments, date ranges) too.The description area contains lots of useful details that will help users find the right metric or dimension.

App Users are Unique Visitors with App ID. In other words, if the report suite collects data only via Mobile SDK (mobile apps), these two metrics will return the same value. The difference will be when the report suite aggregates apps and web (something without app id). In other words, if a user gets deleted from an Analytics product profile, their access permissions to other products will not be affected.I would recommend to update the access only in the Admin Console, but do not delete the same user(s) in the AA UI as this may have negative impact on Data Connectors if exist.BTW, I would advise to check what permissions are granted to the "Super Admin" profile to explicitly understand what access is ...

As an option you may want to populate a variable with a page URL (or hostname) and then configure a VISTA rule to filter the beacons from undesired websites. However, this will unlikely bring you a positive ROI if the key objective is to reduce the number of server calls as VISTA setup is not free, and I am not sure if filtered server calls are not counted...If you would like to get rid of the data from undesired websites, consider creating a segment and a virtual report suite with it.
