Re: how to work with a v8 aplication on v9 server and workbench - Adobe LiveCycle 26-01-2010
You need to create the application manually. Then right-click on it and choose Import . This will allow you to select v8 ressourcse that you can import into an 9.0 application.Note: You need to import your 8.0 lca before being able to import its content.Jasmin

Re: Notify Task Events via Email ?? - Adobe LiveCycle 25-01-2010
If 1 is turned off then yes, because the server won't be able to send email notificationsif 2 is turned off then, this particular user won't be able to receive email notifications. If 3 is turned off then this particular user step won't send email notifications.Does that make sense?Jasmin

Re: which endpoint to use when submiting a form via http post - Adobe LiveCycle 21-01-2010
You can put any URL in the Target URL of the submit button and it will receive the submission.I've posted the PDF to servlets many times. The PDF will be in the request object.Jasmin

You'll have to extract the user information from the request object and pass it to LiveCycle when you invoke the process.Jasmin

Re: populate AWS_CHOICES values into LC workbench process route names - Adobe LiveCycle 19-01-2010
Ok, in ES2 this option is not there any more. It's been replaced with user actions. What it means is you can add any actions you want the users to see in Workspace from the User Action section of the User activity. Then you can specify the destination, which is the activity that is going to be the next one in the process. You don't really need all those AWS_* fields anymore on your form. The only thing you need is a submit button.Jasmin
