Starting in early April 2020, browsers that do not support TLS 1.2 as a minimum version will no longer load DTM or Launch libraries over an HTTPS connection if you have Adobe manage your hosting.

DTM Sunset Milestone 2 is approaching on February 22, 2021.  On that date, DTM properties will become read-only.

There is no mechanism to define Rule Actions that should occur for any direct call rule.  You'd simply need to add the Action to any of the Rules you have that use Direct Call as the Event.

You might try asking in the Analytics community, but AppMeasurement has a variable you can set to force HTTPS connections.  It is not exposed as a setting in the Analytics extension configuration, so you have to write some custom code, but I believe you just set s.ssl=true.

You can't unpublish something, you have two options:You can republish a previous libraryYou can disable whatever resources are in that library that you want, add the disabled resources to a new library and publish that new library.#1 is probably the simplest and closes to what you want.
