Hi amulyat40439203,With self hosting the libraries (including the iFrame for third party tags) will be on your own domain. Hence, you would be able to access cookies set on the same domain.I would suggest testing this on your dev pages first to ensure correct functionality.

Hi colinamuzo,That seems to be the case and mostly "assets.adobedtm.com" in case of mobile apps is from Mobile Services UI. However, without validating the actual app and calls, I might not be able to confirm exact scenario.

Hi jamesw34595639,In case of mobile apps the variables are mostly populated using processing rules using the values in Context Data Variables. Hence, in your scenario, in the hit there will be no value passed in eVar1. But, as per the processing rule, a value will be passed which will directly populate the post column. The same processing concept applies for VISTA rules.

Hi colinamuzo,The first call to "dpm.demdex.net" is call for the Marketing Cloud ID Service implementation or Audience Manager integration. The second call to "assets.adobedtm.com" is either for the DTM implementation (in case of JavaScript implementation on app) or Messaging configurations picked up from Mobile Services. The check needed here is whether the app has analytics implemented through Mobile Services UI configuration. If so, the call to "assets.adobedtm.com" for fetching messages (In-A...

Hi roberty10279373,The 'r' parameter captures the referrer and will be available through the Referrer report (if the value passed doesn't match Internal URL Filters). In case it is an internal URL, you can still schedule a data feed through Admin -> Data Feeds and fetch the r value though referrer column.

Hi Jeff,Your understanding is absolutely correct. If you use Data Element to serialize the purchase event, it won't update the purchaseID variable. Also, there is no field to populate the s.purchaseID in DTM tools/rules.Hence, to set s.purchaseID you would have to rely on script statement as mentioned below:s.purchaseID = _satellite.getVar("orderID")You would need to have this statement under "Custom Page Code" of Adobe Analytics section in the rule preferable in the one which populates the purc...

Hi NeftaliLevi,You would first need to check if Analytics Server calls are firing from the page or not.If the calls are firing, then we need to for the issue in hit due to which it might be discarded at Adobe's server or not at all reaching them.If the calls are not firing, a review of implementation needs to be done on the Page.If you can DM me a sample Page URL for which the data is not showing up, I can have a quick look.

Hi NatSalehi,Page URL is not by default available in Reports & Analytics UI reports. Hence, you would have to pass them as well in a custom variable and then apply breakdown with the variable in which you store Email IDs.You can also try Data Warehouse reports where Page URL is by default available and you can apply breakdown with the variable storing Email IDs.

The Global Variables will be set as soon as the Analytics tool loads. And hence, Page Load Rules will always fire after that. You can refer to Load Order for Rules to get detailed information on ordering of the scripts on your page.

Hi divya.ch,This seems to be causing due to incorrect account configuration. The first step would to reach out to an Admin of the Marketing Cloud company you are trying to login into and get the account reconfigured. As the issue could be due to a miss-configuration at backend as well, the further step would be to get an incident opened with ClientCare with help of a Supported users in your organization.

You can also try to get this analyzed by your IT team.

Hi,Are you referring to the Referrer report under Traffic Sources or an eVar which you have setup to capture referrer? If you are checking the Referrer report under Traffic Sources, it is controlled by "Internal URL Filters" configured for report suite under Admin. Hence, you need to verify and correct it.If it is an eVar you need to update the implementation to only pass referrer information only when it is not an internal one.

Hi nikitarama,,Screen Resolution will also not help here as that will also be the same for all the devices. To summarize, Adobe Analytics use the user-agent that is sent in the hit to determine the Device, Screen Size and other device specific dimensions with the help of Device Atlas. For Apple devices, this becomes an issue, since it's default browser "Safari" doesn't provide information to identify different hardware in the user-agent.Therefore, all versions of the iPhone are tracked as one de...

Hi natsalehi,Email IDs are PII information and hence it is highly recommended that you don't have it in your reporting data.If that is not an issue at your end, you can allocate a variable to pass the Email IDs in the hits to Analytics for File Downloads. If the File Downloads are being captured through custom links, you need to add the variable storing Email ID to s.linkTrackVars. You can refer to the article below for more information:s.linkTrackVars

Hi cathyw49544988,I believe you are comparing the usage of Global Variables in Analytics tool and setting variables in a Global Page Load rule. If so, there is not much difference in these as both will be set with all the pages. The difference (choice) with these approach is how you want to organize this in web property. In case you want to have a granular configuration, use of Page Load rule will be preferred.

Hi carolinamedellin,The console messages you see are warning messages. These are triggered for the Third Party tags which are hosted through DTM. As DTM hosts these tags using the document.write, browser issues a warning on slow networks that the script might be blocked. Unless you see actual blocking error message, it doesn't have any impact. This is isolated to Chrome browser as they have this feature in place to issue warnings and flag such scenarios. However, seeing the architecture of DTM, ...

Hi,Click-throughs are incremented for campaign every time a value is set through the hit. So, there is a chance that campaign was set more than once in a Visit and hence in that Visit the count for Click-throughs will more than 1.This scenario will overall contribute to Click-throughs being more than Visits.

Hi NeftaliLevi,It seems that I used the word Rare in a bit wrong context. What I meant was that it can happen with only few devices and hence the magnitude of such issue will be very low. Also, as Device Atlas regularly update their database, such scenarios are expected to happen now and then. However, if you see a bigger discrepancy you can highlight the issue with Adobe ClientCare by creating an incident with help of Supported users in your organization.

Thanks for providing the Email ID sailakumarip63325621.I believe with removal of the user from Admin Console, only the mapping has been removed from the user, but the account still exists in DTM as an Admin. However, to get the user account in DTM deleted, you can reach out to Adobe ClientCare as only they will have an internal approach to do so. You can reach out to ClientCare team by sending a mail to "clientcare@adobe.com" from your email id and request for deletion of the account.
