Add days to date - Adobe LiveCycle 18-02-2013
Hello,I'm sure this is something simple I am missing 🙂 Here is the js I am using. var dateToNumber = Date2Num(form1.page2.page2Date.rawValue, "MM/DD/YYYY"); var datePlusDays = dateToNumber + firstRowWeek.rawValue * 7; var boosterDate = Num2Date(datePlusDays, "MM/DD/YYYY"); form1.page2.invoiceTable.row1.boosterDate1.rawValue = boosterDate; All I am trying to do is take a date and add some days to it depending on what someone selects from a dropdown. The date I am using is from the $.rawValue = nu...

Re: Need another pair of eyes to help on this form.......... - Adobe LiveCycle 21-06-2010
Paul,Thank you again for coming through!!!!!! Once I fixed the typo and put the "if" code block on one line it worked. I have a strange question then though. can you do something likevar j = 'justin';textfield.rawValue = j.rawValue (Where j is the value justin and justin is the name of a textfield)The reason I ask is I went and used find/replace for the other rows in the form to separate all of them but wanted to use inplace substitution though wasn't sure how to do it.Justin

Re: drop down issue. - Adobe LiveCycle 08-06-2010
I should have just redone the whole FORM at this point. I didn't even think about the caption. I was so stuck on the fact that the js wasn't working properly I didn't even think about the actual field again as I knew I changed the field from text to numeric so I figured that part was good. Thank you again for your help. I'm learning a ton on here and appreciate all the feedback and support along the way.Justin

Re: if dropdown value equals this then dropdown2 value equals this and var equals numericfield * drop3 - Adobe LiveCycle 04-06-2010
Hmmmmmm then I need to figure out why inside the switch statement code block wMonth isn't taking the value of wCSMMonth then. If i can figure this out I can figure out the math from there. Here is the code block:switch(xfa.event.newText) {case "College Square Mall":packDes1.rawValue= null;packDes1.clearItems();packDes1.addItem("Website Monthly Contract");packDes1.addItem("Website Annual Contract");packDes1.addItem("Eblast Monthly Contract");packDes1.addItem("Eblast Annual Contract");packDes1.addI...
