Answer: I recommend not deleting the template. Go to your templates page. Click the ...
Edit the report -> Select the Date for each field -> Click Adavanced Options in the upper right.
Field Format drop down, select the date that does not show the time.
When you mention 25,000 tasks are you saying:
The org has X amount of projects that equals 25,000 tasks over 2 years
or
There over 25,000 individual types of tasks?
